Affordability

There is no one simple answer. It is all about choices.

Our representatives have cut business taxes, and that has starved the state of a billion dollars in revenue. Local taxpayers now have to make up the difference. You see this in your rising property taxes. You see this in the services being cut.

Our old town hall in Weare is no longer open for the public. It’s hard to keep teachers because we can’t offer competitive wages. This is all because the state isn’t sending enough money to the towns. I would make choices that benefit the average person in NH — not large companies from out of state or just the wealthy.
